Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Engaging with customers to identify their vehicle requirements

- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits effectively

- Conducting test drives and delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

- Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products where appropriate

- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar automotive sales environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service abilities

- Target-driven with a proven track record in sales

- Good knowledge of vehicle specifications and features

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Full UK Driving Licence
