Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:

- Welcome customers both in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy

- Book and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance using dealership management systems

- Prepare and oversee repair orders ensuring accuracy and detailed documentation

- Conduct vehicle check-ins, recording conditions and customer requirements accurately

- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates

- Obtain customer approval for additional work and explain repair and maintenance recommendations

- Coordinate with Technicians, Workshop Controllers, and Parts staff to facilitate efficient workshop flow

- Arrange vehicle collections, deliveries, and customer handovers seamlessly

- Review vehicle history to identify preventative maintenance opportunities

- Support the daily operations of the Service Department and help with administrative duties

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction as the Senior Service Advisor

Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a motor dealership, preferably with commercial vehicles

- Excellent communication and customer care skills

- Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail

- Proficiency in dealership management software; Kerridge or Keyloop experience is beneficial

- Full UK Driving Licence

- Knowledge of warranty procedures and dealership processes is an advantage
