Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines. Develop specialist skills in tracheostomy and ventilator care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans. Promote resident wellbeing and participate in meaningful activities. Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Uphold CQC standards and contribute to clinical governance and patient safety.
