What You'll Do As a Care Assistant, you'll provide exceptional person-centred care by: Supporting patients with personal care while promoting dignity and independence. Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Accurately documenting care and reporting any concerns promptly. Working closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team. Delivering compassionate, respectful and high-quality care every shift.
