Hays Education are looking to speak with primary teachers who are considering a more flexible way of working this academic year.

We work with a range of primary schools across Coventry and the surrounding areas and support teachers looking for everything from occasional supply work to regular long-term placements. We work closely with many local schools and often receive exclusive roles that aren't advertised elsewhere, including class teaching positions, PPA cover, intervention roles and long-term teaching opportunities.

Your new role

Teaching doesn't have to mean committing to a full-time permanent position.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting

Good knowledge of the primary curriculum

Strong classroom management skills

A flexible and adaptable approach

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A professional and positive attitude
