Summary
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Lead to work with a leading smart-mobility provider in Nottingham. This company offers a range of mobility products, including e-assist bicycles and electric scooters, helping cities move more efficiently.
Shift patterns:
* Any 5 days out of 7, 8am-4pm.
* Flexibility is required, including availability to work weekends and evenings.
Pay rates:
* 16.65 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for Operations Lead:
* Previous experience in an Operations Lead or similar management role, ideally in the logistics sector.
* Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
* Strong organisational and shift planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
* Reliable, proactive, and results-driven.
* Flexible to work weekends and travel between offices in South and North London.
Skills and qualifications for Operations Lead:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operational environment.
* Previous leadership or team-training experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a mechanically minded approach.
* Ability to lift up to 30kg on a frequent basis.
* Ability to use mobile applications and learn new tools and systems.
* Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
* Understanding of operational KPIs, analytics, and performance.
* Ability to work effectively with external suppliers and logistics partners.

* Oversee daily operational activities and team performance.
* Manage shift planning and resource allocation to ensure service continuity.
* Monitor and report on operational KPIs to drive performance improvements.
