East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Aylsham Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.

Our brand-new shop opened this summer on the busy Market Place in the North Norfolk town of Aylsham. Set to become a vibrant community hub, it offers a fantastic opportunity for someone to make their mark and help shape its future success.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets.

• Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness.

• Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence.

• Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment.

• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
