Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealership in Norwich for a Car Sales Executive position. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the motor trade to join a reputable dealership that values its team members and offers clear career progression. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving vehicle sales.

- Friendly working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5.30pm; Saturdays, 8.30am-5pm; Sundays on a rota, 10am-4pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options

- Maximise sales opportunities both within the showroom and on the forecourt

- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

- Support vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a professional and proactive approach

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Target-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Full driving licence

- Passion for automotive sales and a proactive attitude
