About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Assembly Operative to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role working with small components.

You will be working with very small parts and using your hands throughout the day, so good dexterity and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Following assembly instructions and quality standards

Inspecting components to ensure accuracy and quality

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Meeting productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Excellent attention to detail

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to work with very small components and repetitive tasks

A steady hand and patient approach to work

Ability to concentrate for long periods

Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience is not required as full training will be provided.
