Summary

Job Title: Recycling Operative

Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00am - 15:30pm

Location: Outskirts of Carlisle

Pay Rate: £12.71

About the Role:

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives to join our team based just outside Carlisle. You'll play a key role in supporting our recycling operations-sorting recyclable materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring all waste is processed efficiently and responsibly.

This is a temporary role until January, with the potential to go on for longer.

Duties include:

Sorting and processing recyclable materials on-site

Assisting with loading/unloading where required

Keeping work areas tidy and hazard-free

Following all health and safety procedures

Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What we're looking for:

A strong work ethic and good attention to detail

Punctuality and reliability

The ability to work well in a team environment

Previous experience in recycling, waste management, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided
