You will help create a respectful, empowering environment where residents can build independence and achieve personal goals.The RoleProvide personal care with dignitySupport with medicationEncourage daily life skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingBuild positive, meaningful relationshipsFollow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsSleep-ins are essential (£52.78 per night). Hoist training is required-full training can be provided.About YouYou will be caring, reliable and able to work collaboratively as well as independently.
