Overview We are seeking skilled and experienced Demo 360 Operators to join our team for a 2-month project in London. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with expertise in demolition operations to contribute to a dynamic and challenging project. Responsibilities As a Demo 360 Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Breaking Structures: Utilizing hydraulic hammers, shears, or processors to safely and efficiently demolish walls, columns, and concrete or steel frameworks.

- Breaking Slabs: Operating machinery to smash ground-level foundations and concrete slabs into manageable sizes for removal.

- Processing Waste: Crushing and sorting debris, including brick and rebar, directly on-site to facilitate proper disposal or recycling.

- Loading Trucks: Using the excavator to load processed demolition waste into dump trucks for transportation off-site.

Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) or NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) certification.

- Proven experience operating 360-degree excavators in a demolition environment.

- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to demolition and heavy machinery operation.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with site supervisors and colleagues.

- A proactive and safety-conscious mindset.

Day-to-Day Your typical day as a Demo 360 Operator will involve:

- Conducting pre-operational checks on machinery to ensure safety and functionality.

- Collaborating with the site team to plan and execute demolition tasks.

- Operating the 360-degree excavator to break down structures, process waste, and load materials.

- Monitoring the site for potential hazards and adhering to all safety protocols.

- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues to the site supervisor.
