Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Advisor position at a reputable dealership located in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a well-established company that values dedication and offers clear career progression. The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing workshop operations, and maximising revenue opportunities.

Benefits for the successful Service Advisor:

- Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, with a potential OTE of £36,000

- Workshop team bonus, with additional earnings of up to £6,000 annually

- Monday to Friday working hours, with the option of early finish on alternate evenings

- Saturday mornings on a rota basis, with time off in lieu

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 2 days after each year of service, up to a maximum of 10 days

Duties of the Service Advisor:

- Providing outstanding customer service and managing customer appointments efficiently

- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs

- Upselling products and additional services to maximise revenue

- Accurately recording all work and customer details in accordance with dealership procedures

- Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with customers throughout their service experience

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

- Customer service experience within the automotive or related sector

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to identify customer needs and upsell appropriate products

- Full UK driving licence

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential
