- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably within an early years or primary school setting.
- Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, relevant experience.
- Professional Knowledge: An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.
- Compliance: An enhanced DBS check (ideally registered on the Update Service).
