The Role: Your Impact

As a Teaching Assistant focused on SEN support, you will be the child's champion. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, empathetic, and ready to jump in and make a difference.

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably within an early years or primary school setting.
  • Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Professional Knowledge: An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.
  • Compliance: An enhanced DBS check (ideally registered on the Update Service).
