Summary

*** Strictly No Agencies ***Marketing Graphic Designer Co-ordinator 1. Purpose of JobTo work with autonomy as a member of the Marketing Team to support, develop and co-ordinate the College’s marketing graphic design activities, including: the production of marketing material, both on and offline, posters, brochures, web tiles, web graphics, banners, outdoor media, livery and any other design concept and imagery required by the college. The postholder will also take photographic images and video recordings for a variety of uses across all platforms.2. Principle Accountabilities• Co-ordinate the design and development of all marketing collateral that requires a design element.• Co-ordinate and lead on the design of all new marketing collateral for final sign off by the Marketing and Engagement Manager. • Co-ordinate the design concepts for new on and off -line prospectuses and liaise with external agencies in bringing these concepts through to approval stage. • Design and implement promotional material relating to recruitment and other college events• Create online Web tiles and graphics to fit curriculum need• Design artwork to specification for a number of outdoor media projects• Assist in taking new imagery to improve promotional materials• Create mini video packages to be used on social media platforms• Creation of moving graphics to supplement digital campaigns• Recommendations and development of logos for specific areas of the college to include taking a lead on liaison with external parties to implement internal and external signage• Development of Adult Skills branding, proactively seeking and working with curriculum and Marketing and Engagement Manager to create a cohesive umbrella brand that is instantly recognizable.• Provide design support for other areas in house, such as academy catering, safeguarding and quality.• At all times deliver a professional approach in all aspect of work, treating all staff, students and the wider college community with respect
