About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling our learners to participate fully and confidently in college life. This includes:

Key Responsibilities

Supporting learners across a wide range of curriculum activities, always promoting independence.

Assisting tutors with the delivery and assessment of learning activities.

Preparing learning environments and resources.

Working with learners with a variety of disabilities, including physical, sensory and behavioural needs.

Collaborating with care teams, Integrated Therapy Services, clinical staff and other departments to deliver outcomes outlined in Education, Health and Care Plans.

Ensuring every learner has equal access to learning opportunities.

Providing personal care where required (training provided).
