Job Title: Shop Assistant - Across all London Stores
Location: Southbank, Old Street, Kings Cross, Russell Square, Canary Wharf, Canning Town, Aldgate, Vauxhall, Ealing, North Acton, Wembley and White City.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Variable hours, up to 40 hours per week across 7 days

What You’ll Do:
Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
Serve customers and process cash and card payments accurately
Assist shoppers in locating products and provide knowledgeable, friendly support
Keep shelves stocked and organised efficiently, including handling large deliveries
Conduct stock checks and manage product rotation to minimise waste
Support promotional activities and maintain visual merchandising standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment
Follow instructions from supervisors and report operational issues promptly
Work as part of a strong team, helping colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture.
Who We’re Looking For:
Customer-focused and task-driven individuals
Comfortable serving both Chinese-speaking and local customers
Fast, efficient, and reliable in completing daily tasks
Team-oriented and ready to help colleagues succeed
Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)
Bilingual in Mandarin and English (desirable)
Familiarity with East & South-East Asian foods (desirable)
Right to work in the UK
