• We put people first
• We ‘go see’

• We do the must-dos
We have a Care Quality Commission rating of GOOD for being a well-led organisation.
We are recognised as a forward looking, digitally enabled Trust with a strong track record of using data, innovation and system collaboration to improve quality, significant use of technology and innovation across all our services to improve quality, safety and outcomes. We are ambitious about the role that acute Trusts play in prevention, population health and reducing inequalities.
Our ambitious reconfiguration and transformation plans are well underway with the development of a new clinical build at the Calderdale site beginning, scheduled for completion in 2029.
The role of the Non-Executive Director is to provide independent advice, challenge, and support through the Chair to the Chief Executive, Executive Directors, and Council of Governors to shape how the Trust delivers services.
