Our client, a leading food production facility based in

Ledbury, is looking for reliable and motivated

Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure

ongoing, full-time work with the potential to gain a

permanent contract following a successful trial period.

Duties Include:

Loading raw ingredients and packaging materials into production machinery.

Setting up, operating, and monitoring food processing equipment.

Adjusting machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency.

Keeping workstations clean, organised, and operating efficiently.

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Shift & Pay:

£13.00 Per Hour

£16.25 Per Hour (After 48 Hours Worked)

August Incentive!! £19.50 (After 40 Hours Worked)

Rotating weekly shifts:

Monday to Friday -

06:00 to 14:30

Monday to Friday

14:00 to 22:30
