Conversion Operatives on behalf of our client in
Malvern, a leading manufacturer of sustainable packaging products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with genuine long-term career prospects.
Duties Include:
- Loading and unloading materials onto production machinery
- Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Accurately recording production data and information
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Working Hours:
3-week rotational shift pattern (Monday to Friday):
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
Pay Rates:
£13.98 per hour
£20.97 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours worked
