Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and guest-focused individuals to join our team for the current season at a luxury Highland estate hotel. These are varied, hands-on seasonal roles supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a high-end hospitality environment.

Successful candidates will be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of the most remote and beautiful locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

-Depending on placement within the hotel, responsibilities may include:

-Delivering outstanding guest service across all areas of the hotel

-Supporting restaurant and bar service in a professional and attentive manner

-Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations where required

-Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene

-Handling guest luggage, arrivals and departures

-Supporting housekeeping teams to ensure rooms and public areas are immaculate

-Assisting with general maintenance, setup and operational tasks

-Working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
