Summary

Food & Beverage Assistant - Four Points by Sheraton, Edinburgh Haymarket.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

To demonstrate the highest standards of food and beverage, and hospitality

Assist with the receiving and storage of goods, and recording replacement stock

Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices

Preparation of service stations and tables

Table service and the serving of beverages

Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy

Demonstrate service attributes in line with industry expectations and company standards to include:

A high level of knowledge, which will enhance the guest experience

Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

Be able to promote the hotel products and services

Demonstrate a good understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
