As we continue to expand our brand footprint, we are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing, public relations, community engagement, and brand promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning: Discuss business goals and promotional targets with management to plan, develop, and execute multi-channel social media and public relations campaigns that elevate M1 Tops’ brand presence.

2. Content Creation & Distribution: Draft, edit, and arrange the distribution of engaging digital content—including food photography, videos, press releases, and promotional posts across official social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

3. Audience Engagement & Community Management: Act as the primary digital spokesperson, managing online inquiries, customer feedback, and public interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and protect brand reputation.

4. Influencer & Media Relations: Build, maintain, and coordinate relationships with UK food bloggers, lifestyle influencers, local media outlets, and PR agencies for dining reviews and promotional partnerships.

5. Campaign Performance & Social Analytics: Develop and implement tools to monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, follower growth, and customer engagement metrics.

6. PR Risk Assessment & Crisis Management: Monitor online public opinion and store review platforms, implementing proactive communication strategies and rapid-response protocols to address customer complaints or reputational risks.
