* Work in line with Health and Safety policies, undertake equipment tests as required, and contribute to pro-social modelling

What you'll bring:

* Commitment to equality and inclusion, and an understanding of how it connects to the work you do

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to deal fairly and firmly with a range of people (including those in crisis or exhibiting aggressive behaviour)

* Ability to work on own initiative, while supporting a quality service through continuous improvement

* Good keyboard and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office Word and basic skills in Excel

* Confidence using databases and maintaining accurate information within required timescales

* A proactive, dependable approach-delivering at pace and making effective decisions
