Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for an HR Assistant to provide first-line advice and practical support across HR Operations, workforce planning, organisational development, policy and reward. Contract is for 6 months in Crewe CW1 2JZ.

HR Assistant

Pay Rate: £14.36 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, 9:00-17:00

Contract length: 6 months

Location: Crewe CW1 2JZ

Office-based in Crewe and Macclesfield where necessary to take copies of original right to work documentation and this may be at short notice

Key requirements:

Level 3 HR Apprenticeship, with commitment to complete the Level 5 HR Apprenticeship.

Successful experience working in an HR environment.

Sound knowledge of HR processes, employment terms, legislation, policies and procedures.

Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems, with strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills.

Clear communicator and collaborative team player, able to support meetings and work flexibly.

Key responsibilities

Provide accurate first-line advice on HR policies, absence, conduct, grievances, performance and development.

Resolve enquiries at first contact where possible and own referrals through to completion.

Support HR initiatives and employee lifecycle changes, including accurate processing through Unit 4.

Maintain the Learner Management System and help improve HR systems, policies and procedures.

Analyse workforce data, complete returns and work across HR to deliver a joined-up service.
