Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Service, maintain, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards

- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks

- Ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and completed to a high standard

- Accurately complete job records and documentation

- Work efficiently to meet workshop productivity and quality targets

- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years' practical workshop experience

- Previous main dealer experience is advantageous

- MOT Licence desirable but not essential

- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team

- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
