Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor in Guildford, Surrey

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a reputable, family-run automotive service centre? We are working with a well-established workshop in Guildford that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Aftersales Customer Services team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional capable of working independently, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fantastic chance for a Service Advisor who is organised, proactive, and able to handle the demands of working on their own. If you have extensive automotive experience and thrive in a role that offers autonomy and responsibility, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

- Competitive basic salary approximately £35,000 per annum, DOE

- Working hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm

Duties:

- Managing workshop bookings and workflow independently

- Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers

- Advising customers on recommended work and scheduling services

- Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims

- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients

- Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy

- Enhancing the customer experience through attentive and proactive service

- Confidently handling all customer interactions independently

Requirements:

- Significant experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade

- Ability to work confidently on your own with minimal supervision

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities

- Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes

- Self-motivated, proactive, and professional in approach

- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
