Summary

We’re hiring a Digital Communications Officer at an exciting time as we refresh our brand and expand the team. You’ll help shape how we do this by bringing your own ideas and creative flair to a team that’s making a difference.

This role would suit someone with a good mix of content design and editing skills across web, graphics, documents and video, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and website CMS. Maybe you have a digital media degree, or have worked in a similar role before, or have built up your skills as a freelancer. If you can show us the work, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who is confident with image and video editing tools, who communicates clearly, and understands how content needs to be adapted for different audiences and digital channels, including websites, email and social media. You’ll be involved in creating engaging content, utilising user insight and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, you’ll support continual improvements to the user experience and our digital activity.
