East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor at our Southwold Shop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join EACH’s vibrant retail team and be an essential member of one of our charity shops to maximise income from donated goods, new products, Gift Aid, and eCommerce.
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Shop Manager, acting as Duty Manager in their absence. You’ll also help lead and inspire our amazing volunteer team, ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
Love fashion, people, and a bit of seaside buzz. Our Southwold shop is right at the heart of the community, just off the main High Street and only a short stroll from the beach. Packed with stylish branded donations and quality finds, it’s a fun, fast-moving charity retail space where every day brings something new.
What you’ll do:
• Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence.
• Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
