Security Officer will be a highly experienced corporate security officer providing security and customer service for the client.About the role:Position: Corporate Security OfficerLocation: London, Moorgate (EC2Y)Pay Rate: £14.80 per hourHours: Average 42 hours per week Shifts: 2 On 2 Off, 3 On 2 Off, 2 On 3 Off - Days & NightsJob Requirements:SIA Door Supervisor requiredCorporate Security or front of house experience, minimum of 2 years, this must be in your most recent role.Must be flexible and be able to have the flexibility to change due to operational needsExcellent communication both written & verbalTo have a smart appearance befitting the companyReliable, Responsible and PunctualHigh standards of customer service and attention to detail at all timesMust be able and willing to be on foot (standing / manning areas, internal & external patrols) for most parts of the dayFirst Aid qualification & knowledge of C-Cure system preferredAbout You:Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.The ability to be pro-active and efficient in use of initiativeTo control the safe access/egress to designated venues in line with current procedures and clientTo maintain good order and public safety at client's To take all reasonable and required measures to protect the Clients property, staff, and visitors.Meet and greet staff, occupiers, visitors, and clients in a courteous manner; issuing badges as required and in line with client requirementsConduct opening and closing procedures of building, patrolling, reception duties, access control & loading bay dutiesCalm under pressure and able to deal with any incidents that may arisePatrolling interior and exterior of the client’s premises as directed by Assignment instructionsThe role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
