Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse Operative with FLT License - with the view of moving into a Warehouse Supervisor role - to join a busy and professional warehouse and distribution team based in
Bishop's Stortford. This is an ongoing opportunity with a well‑known furniture distributor operating across the UK.
This role is ideal for an experienced Warehouse Operative with FLT License, looking for stable weekday work with no weekend requirements.
Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative with FLT License, your duties will include:
- Receiving, checking and storing goods delivered to the central warehouse
- Picking, packing and preparing items for delivery to various sites
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Supporting urgent operational stock requirements when needed
- Working in line with all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of
- Warehouse supervision experience
- FLT Licence
- Ability to lift and handle items safely in line with H&S guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
6 months' Warehouse Operative experience

£13.45 per hour
Monday - Friday
14:00-22:00
No weekends
