Summary

FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Harlow

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Work

Shift Patterns Available:

Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Fixed night shift: 10pm-6am

(All shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for experienced

FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity offering

flexible shift options, consistent hours, and long-term ongoing work, with additional weekend overtime available for those who want it.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouse

Support general warehouse duties when required

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence

Proven experience in a similar forklift role

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Able to commit to either rotating shifts (AM/PM) or a fixed night shift

Safety boots required (all other PPE provided)
