As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our team and help shape our people strategy.

The Role:

As our HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both our e-commerce and logistics operations. You will be the go-to person for employee relations, policy development, and compensation analysis, ensuring our HR practices are compliant, fair, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the business, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires in both the office and warehouse.

Draft, update, and implement practical HR policies and the Employee Handbook, ensure all practices strictly comply with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines, creating a fair and consistent work environment.

Conduct data-driven research on pay gaps and workforce productivity, design and evaluate efficiency bonuses and other reward schemes to ensure they effectively motivate our warehouse and e-commerce staff while remaining commercially viable.

Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handle grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally, support management in negotiations with employees or trade unions regarding pay and employment conditions.

Provide expert advice to managers on training needs, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning, oversee employee benefits administration and serve as a trusted, confidential advisor for staff welfare and support services.
