Summary

Job Plan The job plan is anticipated to contain up to 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week to be carried out on Guys & St Thomas sites and currently does not include on-call commitments. This is a sample programme and the post holder will be expected to discuss and agree a detailed job plan, including personal and professional objectives with the Clinical Director within 3 months of the start date. The job plan will be negotiated with the Clinical Lead. The job plan, based on a 10 PAs post is anticipated to be: Activity Description Number of PAs Programmed Activities for Direct Clinical Care (DCC): Outpatient clinics with associated patient administration 9 Supporting Programmed Activities (SPA): Job planning, appraisal, continuing professional development, clinical governance, mandatory training, Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) induction/education 1 Total 10 Sample Timetable Final agreement on the timetable of commitments will be agreed on taking up the post.
