Summary
Provides a highly specialist Psychology service to staff members within BCUHB, managing a complex caseload of people who may be experiencing significant psychological distress. Undertakes comprehensive assessments, formulations and evidence-based interventions for staff members within the setting of BCUHB. Works autonomously to make complex clinical decisions, manage risk, and communicate sensitive information. Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to support integrated care. Contributes to service development, audit and research activity, and delivers teaching, training and clinical supervision to trainee and assistant psychologists where relevant. Maintains accurate records, adheres to professional standards, and participates in clinical governance and ongoing professional development.
