Summary

We are seeking an innovative and HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work across multiple settings including mainstream and specialist schools, colleges, nurseries, EOTIS, neurodevelopmental assessment services, and residential environments.

You will play a key role in supporting children and young people with complex needs, particularly those with SEN and those who are looked after (CLA).

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with children and young people to understand their needs, strengths, and aspirations

• Conduct high-quality psychological assessments

• Collaborate with schools, educators, and parents/carers to implement effective support plans

• Develop and deliver tailored interventions to support learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development

• Provide training and workshops on SEN, neurodiversity, trauma, and attachment

• Produce clear, high-quality, person-centred reports

• Contribute to service development and promote inclusive practices

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop formulations and intervention plans

• Contribute to neurodevelopmental assessments (where appropriate and within competency)
