Salary: £33,500 - £37,570 per annum, depending on experience

OTE: Up to £41,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

Weekends: No weekend work

We're recruiting for an experienced LCV Technician to join a well-established and professional commercial vehicle operation in Derby.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend work, excellent earning potential and a clear pathway for career development.

The business offers regular pay reviews, further manufacturer training and the opportunity to progress towards Master Technician level.

The Role

As an LCV Technician, you will be responsible for:

·Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialist vehicles.

·Carrying out servicing and preventative maintenance.

·Working on a variety of leading commercial vehicle brands.

·Ensuring vehicles meet required safety and quality standards.

·Preparing vehicles for MOT testing.

·Carrying out fault diagnosis and rectification.

·Working within the workshop and supporting mobile operations when required.

·Completing relevant job sheets and repair documentation.

·Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced LCV Technician / Van Technician / Commercial Vehicle Technician with:

·Previous LCV Technician experience.

·Experience within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.

·Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.

·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

·Full UK Driving Licence.

·A reliable and professional approach.

·Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

·The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
