Our client, a reputable and well-established independent garage in Derby, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles

- Conducting diagnostic checks and fault finding procedures

- Inspecting vehicles for wear, damage, or faults

- Ensuring all work complies with DVSA standards

- Delivering exceptional customer service when required

- Supporting general workshop activities and repairs as needed

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Level 2 or Level 3 automotive qualification preferred, but not essential

- Time-served Vehicle Technicians will also be considered

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop setting

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- MOT licence desirable but not essential

- Full UK driving licence required

- Reliable, positive attitude and team-focused approach

- Own set of tools required
