What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading shifts and supporting the day-to-day running of the home

✅ Providing outstanding care and emotional support to children and young people

✅ Building positive relationships and creating a warm, caring environment

✅ Supporting children with education, hobbies, life skills, and achieving their goals

✅ Completing records and reports to a high standard

✅ Working alongside families, social workers, schools, and other professionals

✅ Promoting safeguarding and ensuring the highest standards of care

✅ additional on call duties with support from management to enhance your career.
