Heat Tech Services is now entering an exciting new chapter as part of Mizzen Group, with new investment, management support and ambitious plans for growth.

Our intention is to strengthen and expand our existing service lines, increase the geographical reach of the business and develop our delivery capabilities through a combination of our existing in-house engineers and a carefully managed subcontractor network.

Technology, AI, automation and strong operational systems will play an important role in that growth.

A Long-Term Career Opportunity

We are not recruiting an Operations Controller simply to fill a vacancy.

We are looking for someone we can invest in, train and develop over a number of years, with the intention of that person becoming a key pillar within the business.

Initially, you will work closely with and receive direct mentoring from one of the company's Directors. During your first three months, there will be a strong focus on learning our systems, customers, services, commercial model and ways of working.

As you establish yourself and demonstrate results, we want your responsibility to grow.

That could include greater involvement in:

Tools & Equipment

You will be provided with the tools and equipment required to perform your role effectively, including:

- Company laptop.

- Company mobile phone.

- Company credit card for authorised business expenditure.

- Access to Commusoft and all relevant business systems.

- Access to the company's AI, automation and technology platforms.

- Any other reasonable equipment required to carry out your responsibilities.

Salary, Benefits & Development

- £38,000 basic salary per annum.

- 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

- Hybrid working – 3 days from our Amersham office and 2 days working from home.

- To participate in a one-in-four-week call-out rota, with additional earnings to be discussed.

- Additional performance-related bonus structure, to be discussed as the role develops.
