Summary
SME Careers is hiring a Thai Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality, consistency and trainer performance across Thai AI training projects.
You will review AI-generated Thai content and the work of trainers and QAs, evaluate output against project guidelines, provide precise written feedback, and ensure contributors meet the expected standards. Assessment covers accuracy, fluency, grammar, spelling, tone, cultural appropriateness, meaning preservation, instruction-following, formatting and adherence to project rubrics.
What you will do:
- Spot-check Thai items, identify quality issues, give ongoing feedback and escalate recurring or critical problems
- Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new guidelines, project changes, workflow updates and quality expectations
- Answer questions on Thai wording, tone, register, translation fidelity, cultural context, politeness level, formatting and edge cases
- Contact inactive contributors, encourage activation, track follow-ups and flag availability issues
- Create and maintain Thai project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples and onboarding materials
- Schedule and run onboarding and training calls covering project expectations, workflows, rubrics and Thai-specific style requirements
- Ensure guidelines are applied consistently as projects evolve, and propose workflow improvements to close recurring quality gaps
Selection involves an AI interview, a domain-specific task and an interview with a recruiter.

Fully remote with weekly pay once work is approved. Interviews are conducted in English.
