Summary

What's involved with this role:

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Parks and Harbour Technical Project Officer to coordinate work to bring water distribution systems into compliance for their client. You will manage site assessments, works and contractors, working to ensure sites are safe, compliant and properly maintained. Contract is for 12 months in Bristol, BS3 2JT.

Parks and Harbour Technical Project Officer - Part time

Pay Rate: £18.35 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 22.5 hours over 3 days per week

Contract length: 12 months

Location: Bristol, BS3 2JT

Hybrid working with regular travel to operational sites across Bristol. Minimum 1 day per week working from Bristol.

Key requirements

Experience delivering technical projects involving infrastructure, utilities, estates or compliance.

Knowledge of drinking-water regulations and water supply systems.

Strong project management skills, including planning, risks, costs, actions and reporting.

Experience managing contractors or consultants and resolving delivery issues.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different teams.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the Parks and Harbour programme, including site priorities, surveys, works and target dates.

Develop and manage works packages, including scopes, specifications, estimates and programmes.

Coordinate contractors and technical teams, tracking safety, quality, cost, progress and compliance.

Maintain accurate project and asset records, including compliance evidence, handover information and future maintenance schedules.
