Summary
Masstemps are currently looking for a
CSCS Labourer for a busy and expanding company in the Sutton in Ashfield area, with immediate starts available!.
THE ROLE
• Install and maintain a range of
fencing systems across commercial, industrial and residential sites.
• Set out fence lines, measure distances and prepare ground prior to installation.
• Install timber, metal and concrete fence posts using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Fit fencing panels, rails, gates, mesh and associated components accurately and securely.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, drill, fix and assemble fencing materials.
• Carry out fencing repairs, replacements and maintenance as required.
• Load, unload and safely transport fencing materials, tools and equipment to site.
• Work alongside other landscaping and groundworks teams where required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area, following site health & safety procedures.
• Travel to different sites and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
ABOUT YOU
• Previous experience working as a
Fencer or within fencing, landscaping or groundworks.
•
Valid CSCS Green Card is essential.
•
Full UK driving licence is essential due to travel between sites.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Experience installing timber, concrete, metal or mesh fencing is desirable.
• Good understanding of safe working practices on construction sites.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, manual work.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and pride in producing a professional finish.
HOURS OF WORK
07:30AM - 16:30PM Monday to Friday
PAY RATE
£13 - £14ph depending on experience
