Summary

The Glade Residential Care Home is a small, friendly 25-bed residential care home in Birkdale, Southport.

We are looking for a reliable, caring and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team, working 8pm–8am shifts.

You will support our residents throughout the night, helping with personal care, comfort, mobility and other individual needs while promoting dignity, independence and choice.

You will also complete regular checks, respond to residents who require assistance, maintain accurate care records and work alongside other members of the night team to ensure residents receive safe and person-centred care.

We are looking for someone who is dependable and understands the importance of good attendance and communication when working as part of a small care team.

Previous experience in a care setting would be an advantage, but we are also happy to consider applicants with the right values, attitude and willingness to learn.

Full training and support will be provided.
