Summary

The Glade Residential Care Home is a small, friendly 25-bed residential care home in Birkdale, Southport.

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Care Assistant to join our day team.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting our care team and ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.

You will lead and support care staff during your shift, assist with residents' individual care needs, maintain accurate care records, communicate with families and healthcare professionals where appropriate, and ensure care plans and procedures are followed.

We are looking for someone who is confident taking responsibility, has good leadership and communication skills and, most importantly, genuinely cares about providing a high standard of care to older people.
