Summary
Acquisition and Retention Support the Individual Giving Manager to plan, deliver and optimise inspiring fundraising appeals and direct marketing campaigns across regular giving, cash appeals, lottery recruitment and gifts in Wills, helping to grow income and supporter engagement. Work collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team to develop, deliver and evaluate integrated digital campaigns across email and social media channels. Design, enhance and deliver supporter-centred stewardship journeys that strengthen relationships, encourage long-term engagement and increase supporter lifetime value.Data Analysis, Insight and Reporting Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data and sector insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Individual Giving content is effective and up-to-date on all EACH communication channelsAdministration Keep supporters details updated on the fundraising database accurately and promptly Handle sensitive data such as bank information confidentially and securely To act at all times in accordance with all internal and external Data Protection regulations
