Summary
Location: Flexible - across any of our 3 hospices
• The role can be based at any of our three hospices with some hybrid working

Hours: 22.5 hours per week
• Hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days per week
Salary £30,000 FTE per annum, pro rata for part time hours

At East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), every donation helps us provide vital care and support to children, young people and families across East Anglia.
We're looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to help grow and develop our Individual Giving programme. Do you have fundraising, direct marketing or supporter engagement experience and the ability to use creativity, insight and data to build lasting relationships with supporters?
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and Individual Giving & Legacy Officer, you'll support the planning, delivery and evaluation of fundraising campaigns that inspire people to support EACH through regular giving, cash appeals, lottery participation and gifts in Wills.
About the role:
In this varied role, you'll:
• Support the development and delivery of fundraising and direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
• Create and enhance supporter journeys that encourage long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Analyse campaign performance and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Communications.
• Help ensure supporter communications are engaging, relevant and supporter-focused.
• Maintain accurate supporter records and handle personal data securely and confidentially.
