Summary

We are looking to connect with experienced Site Managers.

DSB Premier Construction is expanding and we are looking to build new working relationships with site management professionals who understand structured project delivery.

Our projects require strong coordination, clear communication and consistent standards on site.

At DSB, the Site Manager plays a key role in keeping projects organised, safe and moving properly.

We are looking for Site Managers who can support:

- Daily site coordination

- Health and safety standards

- Quality checks

- Subcontractor and trades coordination

- Site reporting

- Programme awareness

- Clear communication with the wider team

We are looking for professionals who understand that successful residential construction depends on discipline, accountability, and proper control on site.

This is best suited to experienced Site Managers who are comfortable working within structured systems, clear processes, and organised project environments.
