Pay: £13.26 per hour
Contract: 40 hours per week
Day Shifts: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Night Shifts: 11:00pm to 6:00am
Fully paid shifts from start to finish, not just call-out times.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support Service Users, mentor colleagues, respond to urgent care needs, and help maintain the highest standards of care every day.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service Users
Respond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where required
Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers
Carry out competency checks and medication assessments
Support and guide new starters during induction
Build positive relationships with Service Users and their families
Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
Promote independence and connect individuals with community support services
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Liaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and families
