Salary, Grade 3, £24,685 - £25,249 per annum pro rata.

As a Student Ambassador for the School of Social and Political Sciences, you will represent the School and University of Glasgow to prospective students from the UK and around the world.

You must be a current master’s student studying on a postgraduate taught programme within the School of Social and Political Sciences.

What you will do:

You will support the School’s Student Recruitment and Marketing team by attending events, online and in-person, speaking with prospective students, sharing your experiences and answering questions.

A key aspect of this role will be leveraging your creativity, experience, and expertise to produce engaging content across multiple channels, including social media reels, TikTok videos, long-form video content, and occasional blog posts. You will create and deliver high-quality content that supports digital marketing and social media campaigns, helping to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

You should be enthusiastic about sharing your experiences of your master’s programme, student life at the University of Glasgow and living in Glasgow, helping prospective students to get a better understanding of what it is like to study here.
